⟡ MEMBER RANKING
ICly, Rankings will show the points earned of all Pokemon in guilds, including NPC Pokemon not listed here OOCly. We didn't list guild leaders this time, but might in the future for fun. Keep in mind that quests available to player characters are not the entire pool of quests, and that some are likely snatched up before they can get to them regularly, which is how points vary and how some guilds pull ahead even without much player help. However, over time, player points will certainly affect the standing of guilds! Without further ado, here are the characters in ranking order by guild:

AVAILABLE QUESTS

This is a HEAVY QUEST month, meaning there are quests in the mix that are classified as "heavy!" What does this mean? More chance for plot, and more risk of consequence! Characters can try each quest more than once as long as no claim limit is listed, but will only receive points for any given quest once. However, consequences can occur within these dangerous listed quests. Due to potential for consequence or harm, we recommend waiting for results of one exploration-titled quest before submitting for another.

In addition, we would like to remind players that for these heavy quests, failure is possible. While light quests use solely RNG to determine results, heavy quests use a combination of a point system and RNG-style changes. Success vs failure is calculated via points after gathering information from your submitted summary and some limited mod knowledge (quest history, Pokemon type, etc). Then, using either our “success” or “failure” map, we use a pre-written list of outcomes to formulate what the quest group experiences and form the reply from there. In the previous heavy quest round, we failed to stress the importance of the summary section, and failed to take into account certain Pokemon typing that may have advantages or disadvantages. We also realized that failure resulting in zero points may be too harsh, and have reevaluated that partial points be rewarded even for failures. These have been adjusted this round, and we will continue to make changes as needed with player feedback. The importance of the summary section will be reworded on the quest page itself, as well. Thanks for your patience!

Previously, in addition to sending teams for further investigations to the surrounding forests, investigations of violence along the coastline were made. Thanks to these efforts, three dangerous Pokemon and potential Pokemon have been identified as targets with a Bounty on their head for the month. With that in mind, here's some information about each of the areas for you to use for your threads, to keep in mind while signing up, and to use for knowing what sort of angle you want to use to tackle these.

BOUNTY LIST
Unlike typical Explorations, each of these quests have so great a level of danger ascribed to them that various NPC teams will be patrolling the locations of each Bounty. Their task is to extract any teams who need help on a retreat, so that they can live to fight another day. Success and Failure won't hinge on totally defeating these bounties; no one Pokemon team could hope to take these creatures out on their own! Instead, teams will be expected to do their best to venture into these still somewhat unknown regions and do what they can to try and do their part in the fight.

Bottlecap Bay's Coast
The open ocean Bottlecap Bay overlooks has recently been the scene of various water related attacks, and even possible deaths. Thanks to the efforts and studies of other Pokemon, this is the only Pokemon to be identified. A massive Dondozo, rumored to be a white gleam in the water, now thrashes out in the fog of the bay. Further information can be found on the quest page, but notably, bird Pokemon will find themselves at greater risk against their natural predator.

Middle Forest
A fog-laden stretch filled with steep declines and hidden pits. The mist clings to Pokemon, curving around them like a living being. The forest floor is incredibly unpredictable, and familiar figures might attempt to coax Pokemon apart from one another, or trick you further into the forest in tandem with hallucinations. Recently it has been proven that ground type moves have been playing a role in the shifting terrain, and large shadows were seen lurking near discarded bones. It would be best to prepare for a battle against a truly formidable foe.

Southern Forest
The most treacherous in terms of navigation. Landmarks and markers shift unpredictably, and even weirder, some look aged beyond comprehension. The fog exists here, but it's far less thick than in the center of the forest, even if just as disorienting. Worst of all, parts of the forest floor have already collapsed into a system of unstable, old caves. These caves may collapse even further, leaving Pokemon stranded, separated, or struggling to free themselves. While Ghost Pokemon thrive here, imitating teammates or other wild Pokemon and causing confusion, recent reports have grown sinister— while most content themselves with turning Pokemon on one another, separating them or causing cavern collapses, Ghost Pokemon with traces of green and violet auras have begun to show resistance to Ghost and Dark attacks. Pokemon should be wary of a truly deceptive creature.

A UNIQUE REWARD

During the Test Drive for May, it was stated that any characters to participate in the team building activities of the Archive during the heavy rains would receive a 'Unique Reward'. This reward will be presented to them on June 1st, after careful discussions amongst local tailors. What is this reward?

It's a customized accessory! Anything from hats, to scarves, to simple sashes- every participant will receive one such accessory, and they'll find it imbued with a special power. While defending friends or teammates, it makes them stronger.

Is it safe to assume that unique forms like Ursaluna Blood Moon wouldn't be found in the archives?

That's the assumption I ran off of, because the dex entry for Blood Moon lists it as a unique individual, but now I'm curious how much information on the regional evos there is.

There's been a case of an Ursaluna NPC in Lum coming up in the past (one living by Perrin), but now I'm not too sure how documented those forms are in general.

Emporio's a bloody brilliant kid with a super upsetting backstory (thus the opt out options on Permissions), who does volunteering at the clinic occasionally, and tends to wear his helmet more like a backpack. Got a good head on his shoulders, but his standard for friendship is in the core of the planet so anyone can pull it off.

ABOUT:

An insane old man who's obsessed with machines. Although a genius in his own right, Technus is egotistical and impulsive and often does things just because he can. Canonically, he's a villain, but here he doesn't have any villainous things to do so he's just going with the flow.

PLANS:

Technus is still getting used to this world, so I mostly want to focus on developing CR. Also, in the background, he's currently trying to make technology, so that will keep him busy. That said, he's eager to help out where he can, and if anything requires his ghostly or electrical abilities, he'll be glad to assist.
I originally wasn't thinking of having Technus do heavy quests this month, but the Mystery Ghosts quest seems like something he'd love to do- he's a ghost who's very used to fighting other ghosts, so that quest would be the most familiar to him in what it is. He'd be like "oh, yeah, I got this."
If anyone wants to do it with me let me know! He can't do it on his own, no matter how much he'd like to.

ABOUT:

Do you like traumatized teenagers who make poor life choices? Then do I have news for you!

Goro Akechi suffered an awful life due to societal stigmas against illegitimate children and the children of sex workers, made worse by his mother's death and years cycling through orphanages and neglectful foster homes. Eventually he awakened a power he barely understood and, jaded by a life of pain, decided to hatch a stupid revenge plan against his father that led to him effectively being a child assassin masquerading as a prettyboy detective. Fun!

Akechi has since dropped his "detective prince" mask and is now a very jaded, aloof, and serious person who is still fiercely determined to prove himself, uncover the mysteries of this world. He's cooled down a bit and worked things out with Shoka, so he's in a better mental state and is ready to get back to work on those heavy quests!

He's also dating Ren, and it's all Akari's fault.

I'm looking to sign up Akechi for at least one Heavy Quest, but I am down to do more than one. That being said, the risk Dondozo presents means that he'll be prioritizing Mad Moonlighter and Mystery Ghosts. I believe there are plans for Akechi, Ren, and Aakari to go on a heavy quest this month, so I'll have to see which one Cha and Amanda favor, but open to more teammates!

Additionally, Akechi is down to help with the resource quests.

ABOUT:

A.B.A is a homunculus whose creator got kidnapped by the military before she had a chance to wake up. Left alone, locked up in his mansion, A.B.A spent the first ten years of her life in solitude. As you can imagine, this has made her incredibly fearful and socially awkward. To counteract this, A.B.A acts authoritative and belligerent to give off the impression that she knows what she's doing, but thankfully she's not as aggressive as she usually is thanks to Pokémon being so small and cute. A.B.A's isolation has given her an intense fascination with keys, as she sees them as symbols of freedom and tools to expand one's world. A.B.A loves keys so much that she's fallen obsessively in love with a demon axe who resembles one, and she affectionately named him after her creator, Paracelsus. She's also recently become obsessed with the color blue, specifically the blue of the sea.

Despite the horrors and the coma, A.B.A is thriving as a Pokémon. She misses her husband severely, but she has so many friends now. She's actually...really surprised how many people cared about her while she was out, she's not used to it.

PLANS:

Due to recovering (you can read her symptoms here if you're curious), A.B.A won't be taking on any heavy missions. This might actually frustrate her a little, especially since she lost all her points, so if anyone wants to do any baby misdions with her, she'd really appreciate the company.

That aside, Mightyena suggested she gather up her fellow Orans for a sleepover again. She already brought it up a few times in her grumpearl post, and she's thinking of recruiting others to help her herd everyone, seeing as she's too weak to do it herself this time. (This way if you wanna partake, but don't want to deal with her, you have an out!) I also don't want to restrict her to just her guildmates, so if anyone is interested in any casual non-mission related hanging out, let me know! I'm also always open to inbox chatter.

Sometimes you're just a little guy who gets stuck in a time loop for years and... never actually breaks out of it until you get dumped into Pokemon land. RIP. (At least, as far as you remember...?)

Siffrin tries to present themself as friendly, helpful, and a funny jokes guy. Underneath they're very lonely and will be ready to die for you if you give them positive attention for, like, a day. They also have a chronic issue of not being honest about their problems (including to themself!) and trying hard to come off as "normal," for reasons. Siffrin is usually well-intentioned but their avoidance can lead to issues or make them bottle stuff until they snap, and while they do have some hard lines their morals are somewhat flexible, particularly when it comes to their friends. Yes you can peer-pressure them.

Strongly recommending checking my permissions/opt out HERE to make sure there's nothing you want to opt out of, including spoilers! Otherwise: for canon point reasons, I'm sticking to they/them pronouns for them myself, but he/him is also fine.

PLANS:

SIFFRIN HAD A REAL ROUGH ONE LAST MONTH. They're doing better now, they prommie! (Orrrrr at least they're doing better at faking it.)

I'm planning to take it pretty easy this month (I have so many threads still going, wheeze) so most of my wants/plans are stuff left over that I couldn't justify happening in May!

On the list: heavy exploration (PROBABLY either the coast or the ghosts, I don't know that they'll want to be going back to the Middle Forest... and also a ground type would simply wreck them), Some Kinda quest with Flowey (it'll go great! really!), and messaging Firepaw and Laios. I am happy to send Sif on any other standard quests too, though!

But hey fellow Cheri Berries (and or anyone in the area), who wants to get annoyed by Laios and Siffrin practicing how to do this at night??

Our chill-but-mysterious Dragonite, Courier Six has been trying to do damage control a bit after some people saw his world, and saw the horrors he's been though. So! Perrin is spending this month in town. He will be prepared to help tend to those who return injured, mostly off-screen. If anybody wishes to, I also feel he'd sign up for The Best Offense. He's also going to be practicing how to fly.

ABOUT:

Firepaw is a housecat who left his home when he was a kitten, and started living in the woods with a group of feral cats called ThunderClan. He was only there for about two months before coming to Bottlecap. Since he's been in Bottlecap for most of his life now, he loosely considers himself just as much of a Litten as he does a cat, although he's still been keeping an eye out for more cats coming into the game. He also originally had a much stronger Cat Lexicon, but has started incorporating more human language in order to fit in with the other characters.

PLANS:

Firepaw's birthday is this month! He's turning a year old on the 13th (which ICly, he did not know but Emporio did some math to figure it out.) Firepaw doesn't know or care about birthdays, but OOCly I'm gonna either post a party log or add something into his toplevel for the June event. ICly I would love for one of the other characters to organize it! I just think that would be cute.

ALSO, I think Firepaw's gonna mostly stay out of the heavy quests this month, unless someone wants to fail on purpose for fun? This is a genuine offer, I don't mind failure for the sake of character development, but I don't fancy Firepaw's chances in combat with giant Pokemon lmao. Otherwise, he has some experience from tracking down Phantump so he'll be helpful in the Zweilous quest this month.

Welcome to protagonist town, on your left we have Ren Amamiya, dumb idiot who keeps all his problems to himself while breaking his back to help others... oops! He's the (former) leader of the Phantom Thieves, a vigilante group who stood up to those who couldn't (or wouldn't) be punished by the regular justice system. He's got a very strong moral compass that may err a little on the grey side. He also probably doesn't worry enough about his own health, as stated above. He can appear very nice and respectful to authority... but at the same time, his morals won't let him just stand by and watch if he feels there is something going wrong, or authority being abused.

Also, he's rather reckless, when it comes down to it. Showy, sarcastic and reckless. He blends into the background as easily as he comes to the foreground when he wants it. All in all, he can wear many masks, and adjust himself/his behavior depending on who he's talking to, and what he wants.

Thanks to the nightmares, he currently has a gnarly forehead scar, as well as chronic pain that he's still not quite used to. He may be a bit more... clumsy, than usual.

Considering I put way too much on my plate last month, I'm gonna try slowing it down. Thing is, Ren is definitely trying to do As Many Quests As Possible, so! I'm definitely open to having Ren be in some quests, but otherwise handwaving his presence. Sorry fellas, a combination of factors has been kicking my ass, so I need to downscale... oops.

That all said, if you need anyone to go on a quest with you... Ren's your guy! He's going to do BOUNTY: MAD MOONLIGHTER with Akechi and potentially Akari? Will wait on further input. Otherwise, doing HEADS OR TAILS With A.B.A and Akechi if they're both good with it, and I'm still looking for people to do BRICK BY BRICK and THE BEST OFFENSE with, though again, note that I may not be available to actually thread out those quests. Still, we can talk CR and general happenings in an OOC setting, OR I may be available for a quick back and forth style RP, without going into too much detail about what they're doing.

ABOUT:

A friendly little guy who loves to help! <- Lying

Flowey is a monster child who was accidentally dragged back from a tragic death as a flower. He believes that because he lacks a soul, he can't feel love (to what extent this is true and how much of it is just trauma is up to interpretation). After discovering that he had the power to reset the timeline, he spent an unknowable amount of time experimenting, at first befriending everyone and solving all their problems... but he still couldn't feel anything, and nothing changed in the end. Tentatively, he experimented with what would happen if he killed them instead...

... these days, he can't reset anymore and he's trying to be better (it's a whole process). He still claims he can't feel anything, but his introduction in the May TDM saw him spilling a lot of emotional secrets about his life and death thanks to the memory-sharing fog and rain.

Flowey wants to do a Heavy Quest-- he's curious, he wants to justify his existence, and if something takes him out, better now than delaying it. He's most interested in Mad Moonlighter because an investigation quest would make good use of his skills. He would give a shot at wearing down the Dondozo- a book told him that Grass-types have an advantage against Water-types- but he's well aware that he's weak, and would prefer to go in with a cunning plan (finding a way to trick the Dondozo, or at least a bag full of Blast & Reviver Seeds) than charging in recklessly.

I'm also very open to light quests. Heads or Tails intrigues him because it's another investigation-based one, making good use of his curiosity and intelligence (and also he's not as into manual labor, lacking arms or legs), but also it promises a potential evolution stone.

A perpetually cheerful youkai doctor and veterinarian, now determined to become skilled at treating Pokemon as well. Akira is extremely curious about the world around him, and sees everyone he meets as an opportunity to learn something new, so he does his absolute best to be as kind and helpful to others as possible!

Back in his own world, he's made incredible advances in medicine, owns multiple hospitals across Japan, and puts his profits towards running orphanages as well-- one even out of his own home. To the general public, his prestige and generosity are more or less unmatched.

To those who know him.. it's a different story. While there's no question that he genuinely means well, Akira severely lacks any sense of empathy or morality. Moreover, when his curiosity's piqued, the resulting excitement can make him lose control, his insatiable lust for knowledge turning him into something fairly dangerous. Great to sic on opponents. Not so much to accidentally set off without an escape plan.

His best friend gave him a few rules to follow that have worked so far, so now he's just left with the challenge of how to apply them to living as a Pokemon instead.

PLANS:

May was a super busy month that prevented really branching out on the TDM, so my main goal's just continuing to establish some initial CR! For those wanting to handwave introductions, he stuck around the hospital until he was recruited, and never forgets any detail about his patients. Otherwise, Polteageist has directed him to two very special patients and he couldn't be happier, so he'll usually be found around the clinic or archives. His intro post on the network ties into that research, too!

As far as quests go, Akira's interest will lie in Heads or Tails as he's concerned for the Zweilous' safety, and has always had a knack for scouting. Nevermind that the magic that gave him an edge at that is gone now.

He's also available in a field medic capacity for any team that needs an extra body, so really anything goes!

In her world, Lusamine was a conservationist and president of the Aether Foundation, a highly respected organization formed for the protection and research of Pokémon. As you do.

She has done some terrible, horrible, no good, very bad things that ultimately laid waste to her once-happy family life, and instead of going to therapy like a normal person, she decided that it would be better to just run away into another dimension and leave all her mistakes behind. Now that she's in Bottlecap Bay, she is... essentially doing that same thing again. Just with fewer jellyfish this time (long story).

PLANS:

Lusamine here is brand new, so my goal is just to get her out there more and start building that CR! I'll be having her make a network post sometime soon to introduce herself and ask some totally-not-sinister-at-all questions, and she's generally very social (despite my not tagging out with her as much as I would have liked to 😩), so feel free to handwave a brief, polite meeting with her if you'd like! Or just wait until the aforementioned network post to see if your character senses her wretched vibes! Choose your own adventure!

She's also going to be trying her best to get as involved in Pokémon Life as possible in the hopes of improving her reputation, so I'd love for her to take on one of the heavy quests if possible! And also taking on light quests if possible! She will be open to anything and everything, and might try to weasel (lol) her way into already existing teams. Hello, sweet strangers! You look like you could use some adult supervision!!

As a Yungoos, she isn't an especially strong fighter (much to her chagrin)... but she does have Protect and Ice Fang in her arsenal as potentially helpful assets against stronger foes, as well as plenty of prior experience working with Pokémon.

High energy and maybe a bit (maybe a lot?) of a workaholic, he's got a terrible case of zoomies Always Gotta Be Doing Something. It's fine, it's definitely not partially a coping mechanism that might have come about from the sudden mysterious disappearance of his twin brother and subsequently having to figure out how to handle their formerly shared duties alone. Maybe someone should tell him to slow down... nah.

How about this: he likes battles. He likes battles a lot. Train, spar, or play (read: battle) with him and wear him out that way, especially if you need help getting used to moving or fighting in your new form, everyone wins in that case.

PLANS:

Quest wise ... He's been to the coast and all three sections of the forest by now, albeit he's only properly gone on explorations of the central and south ends— their trip deep into the north was pretty quiet. As a ghost type he's hardened to whatever's going on with the mental manipulation in the south, and in terms of fighting back against regular ghosts he does have an immunity that might help? (In fact you may have to rein him in, depending, he Wants To Help and he also Wants To Fight.) He's also been in the south forest before and has experience with cave systems; as far as central forest goes, well ... he hasn't personally had a very bad go of it yet, hallucination wise? Just secondhand! Why not go deeper and find the mass grave of bones (no).

Admittedly due to a few reasons he might be a little hard to separate from Ingo right now but it's (wobbles hands) fine. What this means oocly is that this will probably? be a rrrreeelatively light month maybe (though this relatively is speaking as someone used to playing in short term games, so) as I backtag my way through some important CR dev/memory share threads (and start/do follow ups in inbox or otherwise to other certain events in May after seeing how they pan out) but I am absolutely up for being pulled into whatever if someone wants him along/thinks he'll be useful, and I would ideally like to send him after at least one of the bounties if we can sort it out ICly.

He's figured out Illusion somewhat (work in progress still, in regards to form variety and consistency), and I play it as somewhat tactile/tangible, so I have no idea if that'll be relevant for anything but that's also a thing if someone wants to play with it.

IN BRIEF: up for being taken along on any of the resource quests and HEADS OR TAILS, probably most suited for MYSTERY GHOST, may be able to help with MOB-Y DOZO depending, and can be talked into but probably won't be doing MAD MOONLIGHTER on account of not offering too much unique utility outside of having been there before there.

ANYTHING ELSE: Please note! I am still playing it pretty fast and loose with what he would and wouldn't reasonably know and what he would be unsure of or have doubts on, in terms of carryover canon knowledge for threading purposes, but he is still an expert trainer from, well, Pokemon as a canon, with a focus on battling and also a lot of general experience working with and knowledge of various Pokemon. If you want me to dial back on species and abilities and moves and learnset knowledge to give your character room to figure things out on their own or bark up the entirely wrong tree without some train nerd going 'well actually you should be able to do--' just let me know!

Conversely, if you want Emmet to help try to brainstorm something or figure things out with your character, also let me know! I am here to try to help facilitate whatever plans you might have on that front, and Emmet just likes seeing fun new combinations especially if he might get to fight them later. ABOUT:

Flamebringer is an Ex-mercenary turned employee of the pharmaceutical company Rhodes Island. He's standoffish, caustic, antisocial, and blunt, unafraid to speak his mind or comment on your attitude and behavior if he thinks its worth his time. Despite this, he's not rude for the sake of being rude, and he will play nice with a team in order to serve his own ends. He's battle and bloodthirsty- thought not in a murdery way, his perspective on taking life is... unique. He seems to find snuffing out a life to hold some kind of value in of itself, but only when its in active combat with worthy opponents. He has no interest in cowards or the weak. And he is alright with dying himself, as long as its a glorious end. But he will fight to stay alive until the bitter end, he has no intention of going out quietly.

He was an extremely skilled and competent fighter back on Terra- but this new world has removed almost all of his skills and abilities, as such he's feeling very exposed and paranoid. He's less inclined to pick fights with enemies than normal since he recognizes the gap inbetween himself and them. For now he's on the eye out for a way to learn once again how to hold his own- and also to learn the meaning behind what has happened. Why is he here? Is it just another stroke of bad luck to go on the long list of occurrences in his lifetime? Is this some cosmic prank?

(I haven't made an Opt-out yet, but Arknights deals frequently with Terminal Illness, Racisim, Death, Natural Disasters, and similar dark themes. Most of these are likely to come up only on a surface level for Flamebringer along with Survivors Guilt, but certain situations could cause a natural delving deeper into these themes. Let me know if anything is off limits for you! Or if Flamebringer is just not someone you want to be interacting with!)

I plan to sign him up for Brick by Brick, seems like something he'd do- as for the other Light quests I have no plans, but if you want to drag him into stuff please do!

As for Heavy quests I'm also open to all of them! Mob-y Dozo and Mad Moonlighter seem especially geared towards his interests and skills- He's going to want to engage in real fights to learn how to fight again. And in the case of Mad Moonlighter, he has experience navigating extremely unstable environments inflicted by natural disasters like earthquakes. That's pretty much every Tuesday on Terra. But I'm totally down for Mystery Ghosts as well! His typing might be a big advantage in that one.

Quests aside- I'm down for shenanigans! I'm really interesting in continuing to build CR with people he met in the TDM, and also people he hasn't met yet! He'll be particularly chill and open to younger characters, he has a soft spot for those who are still figuring out the world it seems. But I'm so down for whatever flavors of characters being thrown at him.

Formerly the notorious Big Bad Wolf of fairytale fame, Bigby is now the exhausted sheriff of Fabletown in New York City circa the 1980s. Despite wanting to move on from his brutal past, his fellow Fables aren’t so easily convinced that he’s around to serve their best interests even after centuries on the job already. There’s a part of him that doesn’t think he deserves their forgiveness either, that he’s just suppressing the monster he really is, but he’s desperate to keep trying to protect those who need him.

He often skirts the line between sympathetic and ruthless depending on the situation, but in general, he’s mostly just rough around the edges and maybe a little sarcastic on his best days. Bigby can be pretty quick on picking things up, too, but his short temper can easily lead him astray when pushed enough. The man is perpetually on the verge of another crash out, please do not remind him (or do, so he can let out some pent up frustration)!!

/smacks the back of his head This bad boy can fit so much CR—positive, negative, you got it! He’s still new around here, so the main focus for this month will be getting to know the people and places of Bottlecap Bay. He’s also very not happy about being just a small little guy, especially one that has to eat as much as he did during his runt of the litter days, so he’ll be training and hunting whenever just to feel something again. This is his personal hell, but at least he gets a break from the stench of New York City.

He could get dragged into any resource quests, but I’m specifically looking at HEADS OR TAILS and MAD MOONLIGHTER for their investigation potential. He knows how to play detective when the situation calls for it. Otherwise, if you want a potential liability and risk of failure on your hands, take him on MYSTERY GHOSTS for those sweet, sweet mood swings and memory fuckups.

So ANYWAY, he's most likely to volunteer for Mystery Ghosts, since he's immune to at least some of the effects involved due to being part ghost-type himself. Doesn't help much with the dark-type aspect of this, but rip. He may express some interest in Mad Moonlighter, after having a bad experience in that area of the forest last month; he doesn't even really want to go, but he feels like maybe he should face it down? Shortly before he became a Pokémon Conrad was made into a vampire and he may have been the world's worst undead blood sucker. He couldn't view people as food and all his anxieties and insecurities kept him from reaching his full potential as a creature of the night.

Even after he got all vampiric he still clung to his humanity and was pretty much the same as ever. Conrad may come off as a grouch, but it's not hard to see past all his blustering and get that he's actually quite the softie. He likes to pretend he's not a pushover, but he's all bark and no bite. Well, mostly. He can be hot-headed and he's not afraid to punch someone for being a jerk. And he does have baggage and some hang-ups he should really try to work on. Also, he's an artist, a snappy dresser, a romantic at heart, a bit of a stick in the mud, and a neat freak.

Now he quite dislikes being a Jigglypuff and will gripe about his squishy, round body as much as possible. He's learning how to handle himself as a Pokémon, but he still struggles some. At least he can sorta battle and he's learned how to float.

PLANS:

Well, Conrad will not be very helpful building walls or gathering stones, as he is not exactly a strong Pokémon. He knows his limitations, sorta. He could help with Heads or Tails, maybe. I'd like for him to evolve into Wigglytuff eventually, so it's an opportunity for him to possibly get a Moon Stone.

I'd definitely like for him to attempt Mystery Ghosts and check out some hauntings. He's gone ghost hunting before, with mixed results. And he's adventured in the Northern Forest, so he could see if he fairs any better in the Southern Forest, I guess?

Sanji is a highly skilled chef who does his best every day to feed exceptional food to the Strawhat Pirates. He’d the cook for the future (self proclaimed) King of the Pirates! He's got a fiery temper and seems to have a nasty attitude towards everyone (unless you're a pretty lady...), to the point he can and will start kicking people around. Literally. Listen, it’s how his adoptive dad taught him to show affection (NO)!!

However, beneath all that bluster is a very tender heart. Sanji is a deeply kind man (errrr vulpix) who has suffered his own share of troubles; so much so that he refuses to let anyone go hungry. Even if they can't pay, even if they're his enemies; if they're hungry, he will feed them all. He would also give his life in a heartbeat to save his friends (and has done so…many times already...), which can be a problem, since he dreams of finding the All Blue someday. He can't do that if he's dead. Unfortunately his self sacrificial nature makes him the type to always put others' needs above his own, especially if he feels like he owes that person. So if you befriend him, congrats, he’s super ride or die!! But also beware…of that die part.....

But it's ok he's just a silly flirt, nothing to see here! Let him feed you, it's all totally fine!! Sanji is very...he gets to be cool like 30% of the time and the rest he’s just a huge dork Going Through It Always, I love putting this blonde in situations ok. He’s lost his thumbs so cooking will be difficult but difficulty never stopped a stubborn guy like him, yeah?? Yeah.

I will say, if you’re not canon familiar and worry about any particular themes coming up, let me know! I got them listed on his general perms, but I should make an opt-out sometime probably...

OHOHO so I’d love to try a quest or two! I uuuh. I was in a game that had quests but I never knew how to like. DO them?? So I mayyyy need some guidance, bear with me! I think Sanji would be interested in shoring up defenses (The Best Offense), collecting ingredients along the way for continued cooking attempts in his downtime. He’s not good at sitting still; he’s used to constantly cooking for a crew of rowdy pirates, and WILL try to fill that void in any way he can LMAO. And to worry less about what HAPPENED to his friends...

For heavy quests I think the ghost one might be his best bet since he’s not at a major type advantage with that one? Also he was just on a haunted ghost island. How bad could it be? (UUUUH) Also I am!! Tagging back!! On the TDM threads!!! Hopefully tomorrow, I love all of them ok-

Character development-wise, I do love the concept of this game taking the little guy so far out of their comfort zone. For Sanji specifically I’d love for him to learn to actually ask for help?? He already has a little, but learning he has more worth outside of what he can do for others?? Heck yea.

Also I think he should learn about the food pokemon out there. I think Sanji would be very baffled and SCARILY interested LMAOOO

ABOUT:

A guy from Florida who was arrested for murder. Anasui is a good guy (we promise) even if he is a little obsessive over his love interest and has a habit of mutilating his enemies.

In Bottlecap Bay he's been getting a reputation for being 'that freaky bird that is scarily silent and keeps dismantling things!'. He said he won't dismantle roads anymore but only because he has other things to dismantle. He plans on dismantling his Grumpearl when he gets the chance because he can. He is an antisocial weirdo but if you earn his trust you will have someone who will give his life for you without hesitation.

PLANS:

ANASUI GETS HIS HAT BACK! I'll probably make a log for that. Plus, it has a cute protection power? That's Anasui's schtick!

In terms of the light quests, I'm willing to team up with anyone. I have no plans but Anasui is more interested in building and gathering supplies more than anything else. However, he can be convinced to find a Stunky.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, the bounty quests! I think I'll leave the Moon quest but Mystery Ghosts! I would love to have Anasui on that one. Partially because he's weak to everything but also because this is when he'll learn 'Disarming Voice' which is a Fairy type move! Useful for screaming back what I suspect is a Spiritomb!

I would also love to do the Dondozo quest because Anasui is a Paldean bird! He's the sort of guy who will use himself as bait for the fish. And then make it the Dondozo's problem if he gets swallowed. As someone who is unhingedly brutal, this will be painful for both parties.
