⟡ MEMBER RANKING
ICly, Rankings will show the points earned of all Pokemon in guilds, including NPC Pokemon not listed here OOCly. We didn't list guild leaders this time, but might in the future for fun. Keep in mind that quests available to player characters are not the entire pool of quests, and that some are likely snatched up before they can get to them regularly, which is how points vary and how some guilds pull ahead even without much player help. However, over time, player points will certainly affect the standing of guilds! Without further ado, here are the characters in ranking order by guild:

OVER THE BRINK
QUEST TYPE: HEAVY
QUEST GIVER: Polteageist
CLAIM LIMIT: None
DIFFICULTY: ★★✩
THREAD REQUIRED?: Yes
DEADLINE: Must be submitted by APRIL 14th 11:59 PM EST.
We are facing an unprecedented circumstance as numerous Lum Researchers tasked with making contact with a Pokemon known as Decidueye have since gone entirely missing. Our witness and local guide, Chimecho, states that she was leading them through the area beyond the cliffs when they were set upon by a thick, heavy fog, not unlike what recently blanketed our forest region and bay. We have little understanding of what to expect. While Pokemon taking up this quest will be teleported in with the Lum's prototype room, after retrieving the Lum Research team, Pokemon must be prepared to make their own way back to the Bay through unknown and possibly dangerous terrain. Prepare for anything - adaptation will be key.
POINTS REWARDED: 300 points (200 points for failure)
EXTRA REWARDS?: Potential for plot information (if successful), risk of consequence (nothing to ever ruin your time in game).
NOTES: Please use the summary section to fill out how your character will prepare for this quest. Information on what the team will encounter will be presented in their reply. While we will use a super-secret rubric to decide success/failure based on later summaries, your beginning advice is to prioritize the potential to adapt to any given terrain.

DEADLINE: Must be submitted by APRIL 25th 11:59 PM EST.
As reaching the mountains beyond the Spire is easier said than done, Spinarak has begun a city project to erect safe stairways and walkways along the cliffside to make it easier for future travellers. Please help them with either constructing, or gathering the necessary materials.
POINTS REWARDED: 100 points
EXTRA REWARDS?: None
NOT A MINIOR MATTER
QUEST TYPE: LIGHT
QUEST GIVER: Electrode
CLAIM LIMIT: None
DIFFICULTY: ★✩✩
THREAD REQUIRED?: No
DEADLINE: Must be submitted by APRIL 25th 11:59 PM EST.
Some of the rescued Minior from last month have been able to make their own way back to the sky, but others still need a little help. We need Pokemon to help construct two large catapults for launching Minior into the upper atmosphere... and others to man the devices when they're constructed! (Alternate methods of launching Minior are also welcome.)
POINTS REWARDED: 50 points
EXTRA REWARDS?: None.
DITTO TO THAT
QUEST TYPE: LIGHT

THREAD REQUIRED?: No
DEADLINE: Must be submitted by APRIL 25th 11:59 PM EST.
Lately, there have been all kinds of Pokemon attacking the city from the cliffs! They seem to look different somehow, but that doesn’t make them any less dangerous! Please help fight them off!
POINTS REWARDED: 50 points
EXTRA REWARDS?: No.
STEEL YOURSELVES
QUEST TYPE: LIGHT
QUEST GIVER: Toxicroak
CLAIM LIMIT: None
DIFFICULTY: ★✩✩

With all the ongoing projects underway, we are finding supplies of metal running lower than originally anticipated. Join me in the caves under the Spire, and help to gather more minerals for smelting.
POINTS REWARDED: 50 points
EXTRA REWARDS?: No.
INCOMING EVENTS
With the recent Bounties revealing dire times for missing Lum Researchers, it’s no surprise that the town is preparing to avoid that kind of thing from ever happening again! But while rescues are underway, numerous unexpected Pokemon are flocking at the beaches from their winter homes. What are they doing here?
And for that matter, hey look! Lurantis has her reward ready!

Drop me a summary for how Flowey will prep and I can fill out the form once submissions are open. I'll hang back for a little bit in case we wind up grabbing a third member.

Anyway, here are my thoughts about how Flowey handles the search:
- Flowey would advocate for a methodical search method-- like, comb through the forest in a logical pattern. He thinks other people might try to follow scent trails or visual clues, and while that's a very obvious approach, he knows the fog is full of tricks and thinks that might get other search parties lost and confused.
- He's going to rely on both a map and his strong memory to determine which areas the two of them have already searched. This method will take them longer, but he thinks its the only logical way of doing it.
- Flowey will try to use Sunny Day to see if it pierces through the fog at all. He will also try to get Cedric to fly above the fog to see if he can spot anything.
In battle:
- In line with his theme of learning how to be a better person and support others, Flowey will be learning 'Light Screen' this month. He can and will use the move to protect himself and Cedric from special attacks.
- Flowey doesn't do much damage, so he leans on moves like Swagger, Grasswhistle, and Leech Seed as well as his collection of Blast Seeds. (If Cedric were carrying Flowey in his talons, Flowey could drop a barrage of Blast Seeds on enemies below.)
- Flowey is surprisingly good at dodging for something with no legs-- he's had to learn how to for his own survival, given his very low stats. He's very good at dodging in a forest, where he can blend into the local flora.
Tell me your thoughts!

You are correct, the Grumpearl ragebaiting was their most recent interaction! As for the comas, Cedric strongly suspects that Flowey wasn't lying at this point but will never admit it if he can help it XD So yes, I think he would still be avoiding Flowey at this point, and thus this would have to be an assigned-team situation.
Searching:
- Despite their differences, Cedric will completely agree with this method, as it seems the researchers would have been found already if simple sights and smells could track them. After the disorientation of Mega Chimecho and the regular deep sleeps the found Pokémon are in, he'll strongly believe
magicsome Psychic or Ghost element is at play.- He already expects to take point in the air, since Flowey's clearly a ground-level expert, and it's also easier for him to follow any map coverage that way. He might get impatient by how long it takes, but he will begrudgingly do it because he knows thoroughness is a necessity.
- Fingers crossed Sunny Day functions as an amber light rather than a high beam! If it works, of course Cedric will keep an eye out from above.
Battling:
- Seeing Flowey on the defense will be Interesting for him since he's so used to the Seedot being so aggressive. But he's done the Light Screen song and dance with Dolly before, so he'll appreciate its protection. He won't have much defense to give in return, unless you count blowing things away with Gust.
- Those are all very useful moves regardless! And Cedric has more damage-dealing moves with Peck, Astonish, and the aforementioned Gust, so that should balance it out nicely. (And he'd absolutely carry Flowey for a Blast Seeds onslaught, if only because he can threaten to drop him if he doesn't behave /shot.) Also, not sure if this will be helpful since neither of them have Normal- or Fighting-type moves, but he also knows Foresight in the event they're dealing with a Ghost type.
- Flowey's tiny, so he fully expects having to be the distraction while the Seedot hops and rolls out of the line of fire (hopefully not literally). He's flying so dodging is easier, and he has a long tendency of swooping into danger at his own expense so...
Overall, for two people who barely get along, they're both prioritizing the quest and thus will be a surprisingly good team! On the one hand, having a third member with them could serve as mediator, but on the other hand then they'd have to hear these two bickering - so perhaps they're better off just having each other XD

All of that sounds good! I'm open to adding a third member if the opportunity comes up, but otherwise I'm good to submit. Let me know if you want me to submit the quest form.

I've given a call-out on my Plurk timeline in case anyone wants to join; whether there's a bite or not, I can submit the form late tomorrow (as in Sunday)!
