ICly, Rankings will show the points earned of all Pokemon in guilds, including NPC Pokemon not listed here OOCly. We didn't list guild leaders this time, but might in the future for fun. Keep in mind that quests available to player characters are not the entire pool of quests, and that some are likely snatched up before they can get to them regularly, which is how points vary and how some guilds pull ahead even without much player help. As proof of solidarity with our allies, it is important to help defend the territories of the Forest from those who mean harm. In particular, Arctibax have been spotted harassing local Ghost Pokemon - remind them that they have their own place to call home!

MAYORAL VOTE RESULTS!

On a makeshift stage, as her last activity during this trip to Skull Town, Mightyena counts out the votes collected from all the poll boxes - gently discarding invalid votes to the side. (A Pelipper from the post office reviews that pile, making sure she didn’t make a mistake.)

The other end of the stage holds all five candidates - though Grimpig seems distracted, busily chattering away over telepathy. There’s an increasingly apprehensive silence from Umbreon in particular as the tally starts racking up more and more in his favor, and the pile of votes grows small… and then Malamar exclaims and points. There’s a Swalot near the pile with a suspiciously full-looking mouth!

Swalot is quickly bullied into using Spit Up, revealing a slimy bundle of additional votes. Mightyena dutifully calls these out as well, though she’s hiding a grimace at the clammy texture. By the time she reaches the bottom, though the vote is respectably close, there’s still a clear victor!

As promised, we’ve tallied the IC Vote on our new Mayor for (Death Blood Murder) Skull Town. With that in mind, we’d like to give a hearty congratulations to Cheri Berry Guild’s Lurantis!

Lurantis replaces Mightyena to make a very short, if still gracious, speech - though she’s outwardly calm, perhaps she doesn’t enjoy speaking to crowds? She thanks those who voted for her and promises again to focus first on preparing Skull Town for the encroaching winter, and on relations with the local Pokemon. Then she steps delicately down off the stage and into the crowd to make herself available to talk to.

As it turns out, she’s built up enough popularity that the crowd is packed tight! No Pokemon originating from other worlds will get a chance to speak with her directly before she eventually has to leave, but she’ll be available again in the near future. Just give her a couple of weeks to get settled into her new duties and organize the most urgent tasks and assignments!


INCOMING EVENTS

Winter appears to be arriving a little too quick for everyone’s liking this year, as once the middle of the month arrives so too will snow - and a lot of it! Get ready to see what Pokemon do during a Snow Day as we greet potential new players this month, as we begin to see snow forts, snow wars, and…snow beasts?

Hopefully whatever is coming isn’t any worse than Froslass.

Fireheart used to be a housecat, before he wandered into the woods and joined a feral cat colony called ThunderClan. He lived with them for two months before ending up in Bottlecap Bay, where he was one of the first outlanders to join the Cheri Guild and has cemented himself as one of Ribombee's favorites. Fireheart recently gained his warrior name via a dream vision of his leader back home, and has been trying to recover from his month-long coma even though the fatigue never entirely went away. He's also been slowly forgetting a lot of things about Clan life, including what his best friend looks like and what a lot of ThunderClan's customs are, and he's been using less and less cat-specific language.

Fireheart has now officially been a Litten for half of his life, and he's no longer introducing himself to new people as a cat unless he's specifically asked about it. For all intents and purposes, he's pretty much a native Litten and he doesn't think he would want to be a cat again even if he got the opportunity.

PLANS:

Most importantly, Fireheart is posting a quest this month! It's been really bothering him that he ran into Jayfeather during one of the TDMs and never saw him again, so he'd like to organize a few search parties to try and figure out what happened to the Pokemon who show up during TDMs and don't get apped. These quests are ALL going to be failures, necessarily, but they should be fun flavor at least!

Fireheart's also on a learning journey about other forms of government (since the Clans have a sort of... benevolent dictatorship going on) so he might randomly ask other characters what elections/politics are like in their worlds. I want him to do some quests and get him climbing up the leaderboards again so that's probably when he'll be picking other peoples' brains. And of course, it wouldn't be Fireheart if he wasn't risking his pelt during every single TDM so that's on the docket too!

One of those two inexplicably popular guys who keep getting mentioned in unrelated games in the series all the time Train conductor from the modern era of fictional New York City but two steps to the left because surprise, Pokémon have always been a thing in his world! Cheerful and Always Smiling. Can be somewhat blunt and to the point! A bit of an adrenaline junkie, maybe, if that's what we're calling being into battling as much as he is. Because if a battle is not serious, it is not fun! Surely the eternal grin matched with this kind of attitude on a spectral white ghost fox who sometimes can be a little overwhelming especially when he gets (over)excited will be fine.

Where he's from he's one of the two who should be running Unova's equivalent of the Battle Tower, except out of the subway because nothing says New York like making your morning commute PVP enabled. Here in the Bay, or now the newly christened skull death all that goth stuff etc etc Outpost, he mostly keeps himself busy with missions and training and helping people get used to the Pokémon thing if need be, when he's not keeping himself attached at the hip to his (previously very, very missing) brother Ingo. Please understand that he will get zoomies if he is not doing something at all times.

PLANS:

Oocly I will probably be taking it easy this month and catching up since it's a TDM month! also I have stuff going on. I'm probably going to limit how many new heavier threads I take on as a result across both characters (this is unlikely to affect low effort faffing around on the network or more lighthearted threads), but if you're waiting on something from me/we have something currently ongoing/previously discussed then don't worry!

Also, it was floated a while ago to him icly by Ingo, and then also oocly egged on by the mods but then got backburnered with so much else going on ... but given how recentish events in Sept/Oct might have affected morale/everyone's spirits, he might be looking at revisiting that idea of a big cross-guild sleepover? You know, to cheer people up/get to know each other a little more? What better time than when most everyone's probably going to be in the same place anyway? Do we want to do another sleepover?

Flowey is a friendly flower and your new best friend who wants to help you!

He may have been brought back from a tragic and untimely end in a limbless, soulless form that left him unable to feel love, and he may have reset the timeline an unknowable amount of times until everyone around him felt like nothing but arbitrary lines of code to him, but it's fine don't worry about it.

Flowey has made strides in trying to improve himself since he got here and he's living his edgiest tween life right now.

PLANS:

Flowey sure had a busy month last month! He's still shaking off that fever after an incident at Icefall Lake, and he got hit with a nasty attack or two during other quests. Additionally, he's slowing down as the weather turns colder. His new warm hats help him a little bit, but it's in his plant instincts to just remain under a sun lamp and not move until Spring. (Without a sun lamp, I imagine he's huddling close to his Sun Stone that he got ages ago.)

I plan to keep backtagging as always, and he'll probably make a begrudging appearance to help newbies on the TDM. As far as quests go, Flowey won't be deterred by fever or snow! He's so close to mid-tier housing, he can almost taste it...!

Woolly Activity, if he's allowed to reap the rewards by brushing other Pokemon? Let's have some chill threads. He might be dragged out on "Who Watches the Watchlights", and I'm keeping an eye on the player quests.

There are some people (ahem. Siffrinx, Kris) he's in a very interesting CR spot with right now and I'm excited to see what comes of that.

Welcome to protagonist town, on your left we have Ren Amamiya, dumb idiot who keeps all his problems to himself while breaking his back to help others... oops! He's the (former) leader of the Phantom Thieves, a vigilante group who stood up to those who couldn't (or wouldn't) be punished by the regular justice system. He's got a very strong moral compass that may err a little on the grey side. He also probably doesn't worry enough about his own health, as stated above. He can appear very nice and respectful to authority... but at the same time, his morals won't let him just stand by and watch if he feels there is something going wrong, or authority being abused.

Also, he's rather reckless, when it comes down to it. Showy, sarcastic and reckless. He blends into the background as easily as he comes to the foreground when he wants it. All in all, he can wear many masks, and adjust himself/his behavior depending on who he's talking to, and what he wants.

PLANS:

I maaaay have taken on a bit too much last month and then gotten absorbed in legends ZA... as such, I'll be focusing on any threads I still have left over rather than creating too many new ones. As such, unless you REALLY wanna interact with Ren, I'd prefer if most threads got handwaved.

That said, he's going on Fireheart's IS ANYONE OUT THERE quest, but is also interested in WHO WATCHES THE WATCHLIGHTS and FURFROU’S SAKE! Additionally, Ren is shedding, so if anyone wants to help brush him and donate the fur for WOOLLY ACTIVITY, he's down for that! That is, if Akechi doesn't steal all his fur to cozy up their bed, hehe.

ABOUT:

A.B.A is a socially awkward homunculus who spent the first ten years of her life locked up in a mansion all alone. This has caused her to develop an intense fascination with keys, so much so that she declared herself married to a sentient battle axe simply because he looked like one. Her isolation has made her timid and shy, so to counteract this, she's prone to acting belligerent and authoritative. Her hope is that people don't think she's as lost and confused as she really is, but this often does the exact opposite.

Luckily, A.B.A thrives as a Pokémon, and doesn't feel the need to posture as much since most Pokémon are smaller than she is. She's hoping she can use every successful interaction as a lesson she can bring back home, when she finally reunites with her beloved Paracelsus, and show him just how far she's grown on her own. Now that I have digimon and z-a out of my system (although I now have the overwhelming urge to throw aegiomon time stranger on the upcoming tdm whoops), my plans mostly involve getting A.B.A back into the swing of things. Thanks to everyone who helped her kidnap three Klefkis! Where are they now? Don't worry about it.

Please take her on a mission! Who Watches the Watchlights sounds like a good one, I'm assuming it's water-based. And of course, she'd be down to take out Arctibax repeatedly in Bax to Arctibax! Alas, she doesn't shed (at least, enough) to donate anything.

I think a quest with Noelle and ABA would be really, really funny because ABA would not judge her for going on a rampage and nearly killing a bunch of Pokemon and would also not be overly worried about her for having been in the hospital. And Noelle still thinks ABA is scary. Who Watches the Watchlights, maybe? She's trying to avoid fighting again for now, unless you think it would be funny for ABA to see how much stronger Noelle has already grown (much to her own chagrin).

Oh boy, time to condense this Fae Queen's background! Now, Dolly has been tossed about as of recently from her original home on Tir Na Nog, to Earth, then to Doriene by accident, and now the Pokemon World. After getting sorted into Lum Berry, Dolly has been having a pretty good and easy time adjusting with her guild mates along with getting glasses crafted for her. Even better, Dolly has learned about there being other non human characters a nd is starting to relax more. Sure, she did end up as a ghost for a few days thanks to the Pumpkaboo and learning to fear the Grumpearl, but other than that, Dolly is going about just fine. Also test run Game Night unexpectedly turned into an Animal House grade party somehow! Wonder how that even happened...?

Heading into the personality department, Dolly most of the time, is pretty reserved in her own right, only letting loose her enthusiasm and excitement when something of her interests comes up. Dolly likes to keep calm and see if things can be talked through first before getting into fights. Dolly is very much full of wonder about the world around now that she is out for the first time. Sharing fun stories, especially ghost stories, are a very good way of getting Dolly to like people and in return will share stories that she knows of. Dolly is afraid of the dark thanks to where she came from and can get anxious at times. She can also sass a bit when the right buttons are pushed. The only time Dolly will fight is if she’s being threatened and even then, Dolly is the kind to hold back big time to avoid doing serious harm. Should be noted, Dolly likes to pun, a lot...

PLANS:

Holy moly, so I am fully for plotting for TDM related shenanigans as well as the Lum Berry Party that's still going on (Please feel free to threadjack, I'm very opened to that one for the wild party going on there). I'm definitely wanting to do the quests, but will likely be hand wave CRs due to the TDM (except for the Lurantis quest, that one I'm on board for making a post for), the Lum Berry Party, and the Fourth Wall coming up in another game my character(s) are in. Laios has always struggled to fit in, but despite his experiences (or more likely because of them), he's far more kind and accepting than most would give him credit for. He may not know how to show it correctly, but he genuinely means well and holds every friendship he does manage to make very close to his heart.

Also. He has an impressive dog impersonation. He's very excited to show it off as an actual dog. Why wouldn't you want to be his friend because he's still an absolute weirdo, that's why.

PLANS:

October was a quieter month for him to catch up on some much-needed R&R while he wraps his brain around... things. Since he didn't head out on any mapping quests, he'd probably love to hear about all the goings on there. Otherwise, he’s been busy helping with farm-adjacent duties in the background. Herding Wooloos, harvesting crops, delivering Miltank milk around town… somehow, he’s a natural at all this kind of stuff.

With November being his birthday month, I’ve got an idea for player quest that will eventually wrap up into a casual mingle thread right before December. (UPDATE: quest is up!) He doesn’t mind bringing it up, but he won’t make too big a deal of it. Also, new housing! Mixed emotions! He’s gotten too used to sleeping next to everyone, so it’s going to take some coaxing for him to eventually move, but maybe the mingle can be a housewarming-birthday party for the hell of it.

As for quests, I’d love for him to help out with Is Anyone Out There in support of Fireheart (his official mentor by the way — yes, he will be bringing it up any chance he can). Otherwise, he’s definitely a good fit for Woolly Activity and Who Watches the Watchlights, which I’m open to handwave with the TDM around the corner!

The other of those two inexplicably popular guys who keep getting mentioned in unrelated games in the series all the time an ex-modern New York subway boss and current Meiji-era Hisui Warden, who is essentially a solo park ranger in the middle of nowhere! He's also trying to introduce Pokemon training to the region, because he is originally from the Pokemon world!

He spends a great deal of time training with new arrivals or others who might want to get stronger, and also going out on the harder rescue quests! The ones that don't involve water, anyway. He's also pretty typically tied at the hip with his twin brother Emmet, whom he recently rediscovered. They live together in a separate room of the Oran housing. There's been some drama between them lately so Ingo may be slightly more moody and off on his own, but it's not like they've fallen out or anything.

PLANS:

Open to do Woolly Business with whoever, though his fur is short enough that it's not the best, so he'll mostly be working with those who already have it! Also open to Bax to Arctibax with whoever! Otherwise, he's going to largely be dealing with his own personal stuff, which is being exacerbated by his anxiety over the coming winter (he lives in the woods). Also maybe Parvati's player quest, he can deal with Corviknight and a trinket could be fun!

Kinger was originally a human, a long time ago, but for the last unknown amount of time (implied to be decades) he has been trapped in the digital avatar of a chess piece inside of a digital realm from which there is no escape. Which is why it took him a while to accept that he had, in fact, escaped into a different fantasy realm. Kinger has incredibly poor memory and focus, only being able to gather his thoughts when he's in the dark.

Kinger is probably going to be spending a lot of time by himself in The Spire this month, as much as he can in cramped housing. With the threat of abstraction no longer looming and requiring him to keep up active distractions, he's going to focus on his thoughts and practicing being a Pokémon.

I'm probably going to mostly focus on backtagging this month, since the back half of October was pretty rough for me. I do know some people who might be test driving, though, so I will at least hop in to RP with them. Otherwise, if you want to do some light quests with Kinger that you're okay with not getting much in terms of actual RP, hmu.

Imagine someone took Disney's entire canon, put it in a blender, and then scattered it all over an original princess fairy tale setting, and you get the Sofia the First universe. Then imagine a scrawny royal sorcerer whom everyone thought was a screwup because of one childhood misunderstanding, so he tried to take over his boss' kingdom as a desperate attempt to prove his worth.

Now imagine that instead he was thwarted by the love of a seven-to-twelve-year-old child just because she was the only one with unwavering faith in his abilities and even called out those who doubted him. Sounds pathetic, right? Except it worked, and with newfound external confidence, he improved, to the point where he was the one who successfully conjured a spell to save that same child from eternal confinement in her own amulet, the same one he was initially pursuing for domination. All he lost in return was his longtime raven companion who now thinks he's a wuss.

PLANS:

So despite desperately missing his magic and his recently-earned happy ending, he's adapting quite well! He's made a couple of friends already and participated in a ton of quests last month, so he's feeling pretty useful. He's been accumulating all of his fallen feathers to keep Orans warm in low-tier housing, which is great because he will not handle the snow as well as he assumes. Some unfortunate Poke (Anasui) introduced him to the Psychic type, which he now thinks is the Pokémon version of magic and thus assumes he can learn it easily because of his sorcerer background - this will be a long arc but spoilers, I'm making this as difficult for him as I possibly can.

Since he's been invited to Umemiya's party for this month, I'm going to take it easy with top levels and focus on tagging out on the TDM - I have been neglecting tagouts anyway, so this works out. I am, however, still determined to do quests, with new and established CR! The quests of most interest to me are Who Watches the Watchlights, Furfrou's Sake!, and Parvati's Sixteen (Tinka)tons - but I'm open to others if anyone has a compelling idea. ***[UPDATE: Who Watches the Watchlights has now been claimed by Impmon, so I'm just seeking buddies for the other two.]

Oh, and he won't talk about it much, but he's A-OK with Lurantis winning the vote. Yes, he voted for Umbreon, but Lurantis was his original option anyway, so.

Impmon started off as a vicious little jackass. His tamers were a pair of toddler siblings who constantly fought over him and took him for granted, so he rejected them and rejected humans altogether, but envied other Digimon who partnered with humans because of their power to digivolve and their positive relationships with the humans in question.

Desperate for the power to digivolve, he made a deal with some powerful Digimon in exchange for the ability to become Beelzemon, an insanely powerful Digimon. Drunk on power, he confronted the other Digimon and humans, killed one of the partner Digimon, and was narrowly defeated. The partner of the Digimon he killed fell into despair and became a vessel/power source for the D-Reaper, an out-of-control program that wanted to delete reality. Impmon got several reality checks, reconciled with his tamers, and helped the other Digimon fight the D-Reaper, almost dying in the process. As a result, he's... trying to be a better person now. Key word is "trying."

He doesn't care for this Sableye nonsense, but he'll still do his best to help out. His best isn't much.

PLANS:

Long-term, Impmon is mostly doing too much but accomplishing nothing vibing. (I'm still newish and trying to get my bearings, last month was rough.)

Short-term, he's going to be interested in the Floodlights and Arctibax quests! As for the snow, he's going to hate the cold, love the snow, be an absolute menace with uninvited snowball fights, aaaaaaaand will probably try and fail to fight any snow beasts that show up.

Do you like traumatized teenagers who make poor life choices? Then do I have news for you!

Goro Akechi suffered an awful life due to societal stigmas against illegitimate children and the children of sex workers, made worse by his mother's death and years cycling through orphanages and neglectful foster homes. Eventually he awakened a power he barely understood and, jaded by a life of pain, decided to hatch a stupid revenge plan against his father that led to him effectively being a child assassin masquerading as a prettyboy detective. Fun!

Akechi has since dropped his "detective prince" mask and is now a very jaded, aloof, and serious person who is still fiercely determined to prove himself, uncover the mysteries of this world. He sees this world as a fresh start and is trying to be a better person, but is highly suspicious of certain a uthority figures like Ribombee and, to a certain extent, Polteageist. He, Ren, and Flowey also kinda sorta have an unofficial detective trio thing going.

PLANS:

By some miracle, Akechi got through three heavy quests without getting sick! He aims to take the information he gained and try to reach out to others who explored those regions to see if they can piece together a more cohesive picture of all the mysterious sights and phenomena. Additionally, I'll probably be doing a post not only related to that, but questioning how some of the other characters handle hunting other Pokémon, when they can speak and think on a human level. It's something that's fascinated him for a while.

Quest wise, he'll be doing Wooly Activity with Ren, along with Fireheart's quest with Ren and Flowey, but because he's a stinky overachiever, he's also interested in the other quests on the board! In particular, he is interested in Who Watches the Watchlights and Furfrou's Sake, but he is willing to lend his skills to Bax to Arctibax if he can find teammates to cover for his ice weakness.

For the uninitiated, Anasui is a prison inmate who went to jail for 'disassembling' his ex after she cheated on him. He escaped jail to help his new love kill a priest trying to end the world. As an Espathra, he's some asshole that seems to keep picking fights with Pokemon that are super-effective with him. You may see him volunteering at the clinic, reading at the archives, or generally keeping himself busy. He doesn't think he likes helping people... His quest point total disagrees.

PLANS:

Uh... continue with the good, the bad, and the funny CR? Admittedly, the seasons changing him has made Anasui more paternal and willing to open up, much to his chagrin. However, when he realises this, he WILL get upset because the elements can change him but he can't change himself like he used to? Let him rearrange body parts, damn it!

Enigmatic Hatenna who normally fails to introduce herself and has only referred to herself as "Hatenna" openly when asked. Fond of soup. Surprisingly chatty when she's not having to just grab a nap in her storage cupboard when coming into too strong a radius of strong emotions... you know, that migraine-o-meter, don't worry about it? Though if the emotions of others are too concentrated in an area she can't avoid, she's been known to been found barely conscious at times...

She has been trying out this new "being encouraging" instead of "being bullying" mindset even if some people just end up being too trollable... mostly just trying to balance extreme emotions in her vicinity to deal. Either way, she deflects a lot to avoid dealing with any of her own issues, has made a point of playing "big sister" to Guilmon (even if she doesn't know it), and goes on a lot of quests to keep busy and deflect.

PLANS:

Most of the usual - continuing to build CR/following up on anything ongoing. Last month was busy between mapping and ... napping. (Probably starting off the first few days of the month dealing with Flowey-induced migraines-) Other than that she tends to be around the board areas at times to pick up quests to keep busy, so definitely looking at those new ones (She hasn't been to Downmoor yet if anyone needs a +1 hat for healing support...), but other light quests are good too. She is also invested in the concentrated efforts toward the roof efforts being made toward the Cheri base since there's been a built up interest in that recently if there's anyone she can nudge toward helping Guilmon's efforts in his new upgraded living space and probably a good navigator for non-guild member helpers.

And the fur gathering doesn't hurt, she's been debating if dark type fur would be a good material to make a sort of shadowy mantle-cloak in the attempt to deal with the emotion problems (which would probably ultimately be useless but it's getting cold so at least it would be comfortable and stylish-)

looks at all the drama andrea keeps gifting me with, Kris is doing Bad folks!!! They just had a bunch of CR blow up and then almost outed their whole possession deal on the pearlnet, so they're gonna be pretty withdrawn for the foreseeable future. Especially with the pearls! They're going to be avoiding any talk over the pearls (aside from people like Chara who already know about All That), so you can assume anyone who tries to reach out to Kris that way gets ghosted unless they're really persistent.

ANYWAY I am probably gonna focus on backtagging and building on their existing CR for this month, but they're still open to making new friends if you think they'd bounce well off eachother! Friends of Noelle who are willing to try and mediate them actually talking to eachother again would be nice, honestly, because they are not doing that shit on their own. So! November is in theory a nice slow month for me, I know I joked about games overtaking my life but the reality is that...Reality is a huge source of all that noise as when I get stressed about things I tend to get locked in a box of indecision or just...Not doing anything, and go figure a lot of what's stressful in my immediate life right now is a bit beyond my control! BUT WE PERSEVERE!

Ice and Ground do not mix well, for all that Emporio has happily gone off to such regions to help out a few times now. Before I even got here, I actually managed to get plans made for the rescue quest and also a player quest done, but Emporio is open to plenty of others!

i can draft up a little summary if you tell me more about any specific strategies Emporio might be using! on Shoka's end, she knows Thief (which she learned a little while back specifically to combat Emmet lmao), which is super effective against both Ingo and Emmet and will take care of any held items they might have on them, as well as a number of Ghost-type moves that are super effective against Ingo. she's also spent enough time with both Emmet and Ingo both in and outside of quests to know some of their tricks (she's already familiar with how Illusion works, for example). plus she and Emporio have done a couple battle-based quests together now, so i figure they'll have decent synergy

i think the downside is just going to be that she can be a bit reckless in battle (especially now, with her mood the way it has been; she'll be more messing around + letting off steam than taking the battle really seriously) and she's also never faced Emmet and Ingo at the same time so they could definitely have more strategies in mind that will take her by surprise. while she loves battling and has spent a lot of time practicing and honing her skills, the train bros will still always have that "were professional battlers before BCB" edge over her

Kaiba's also trading homemade (consistency questionable) preserves and a mixture of macerated berries specifically formulated to protect from the cold, if you want to handwave or thread out getting some from him. he's bored, okay, and all work and no play makes kaiba something something.

Thinking of having him make a post maligning the idea of some infrastructure and communications being dependent on Pokemon abilities, because he's an asshole. We'll see lol.

Questwise, I'd like him to get involved with Who Watches the Watchlights and Bax to Arctibax, the former because he wants to earn up some cred while doing something he thinks is worth his time, and the latter because HAKAMO-O WANT FIGHT!!!! and also he needs to face his type weakness dead on, and find a way to work around it. But not without help, not this time. And I definitely want to throw him at Fireheart's quest at minimum for the player quests, but I'm open to anything!

Aaaand if the event involves cold weather fun, he's gonna scrooge about it. Kaiba is a very serious guy.

An Ex-mercenary turned employee of one Rhodes Island Pharmaceutical, where his new job is now basically the same as his old job, but the benefits are a lot better! So are the morals, but those aren't necessarily his first priority. He's the lone wolf type. He doesn't go out of his way to forge connections with others or play nice. He will speak up if he deems it to be worth his time, but any other time he keeps to himself. His disposition and appearance of being extremely strong and hostile often scares away his fellow operators, but he couldn't care less.

His experience at Bottle cap has been alright enough he supposes. You could do a lot worse than having a roof over your head, food on your plate, and coworkers who aren't too annoying. Things have taken an extreme turn for the worse for him recently, he didn't enjoy Frosslass's little takeover- and passing out from the strange "illness" shortly after has done him no favors...

PLANS:

I am back from Con hiatus (allegedly) and oh boy this guy is NOT having a good time.

He's been knocked the heck out for the entirety of October- Other pokemon might've noticed him slowing down or oversleeping a lot near the end of September as well.

I ran out of time to TL him back on the September TDM, so I'm just going to put it all here for handwaving- He was attempting to actively resist Frosslass back when she was about- and as a result was carrying around One William curses (read: like 3). Due to so many other pokemon being influenced he often avoided other people entirely if he could. Near the end of celebrations he caved just enough to help out at the maid cafe for maaaaybe a week or so. Mostly so he was. Less cursed. Frosslass didn't take away ALL his curses but she stripped it down to being like one curse, which is the constantly feeling cold curse.

Ever since his natural body temperature has been lower. Nothing dangerous or anything- but enough to put him off his game severely and make him paranoid. He normally runs warm back on Terra- and he already ran colder in this place, now its worse!
Once things calmed down on the Frosslass front he did come out from hiding- but he was still pretty skittish. Not that that lasted long- because soon after he passed out- and now here we are!

He did NOT take waking up in the clinic very well. If anyone was on shift when he did it probably very quickly seemed like he was having a panic attack. Once he calmed down he played nice until he could sneak out of the clinic. Ever since he's been avoiding all clinic staff and others who might try to drag him back- while doing his best to act like his body doesn't need to actively recover from being asleep for an entire month.

As a result he can't get clearance for any of the more active quests, which has only soured his mood more. He can still manage Furfrou’s sake! and Woolly Activity if anyone wants to grispen him for a quest. You will have a very quiet and cranky teammate who looks the whole time like he wants to be anywhere but there aslkdjfLSKDJGSD

I'll probably try to have some of the fallout of this on the TDM- fingers crossed since I keep getting overwhelmed around them whoops. But I'm super down to do handwaves around any of the events I've described above- CR who witnessed him disappear or worried about him? SO down. Any clinic frequent fliers who would've noticed him being in a coma or trying to escape? HIT ME UP. Completely new people who just want a slice of the pie over here? COME AT ME BRO- I'm open to the idea of doing actual threads for stuff too- but that will be a bit more played by ear in terms of my availability, since I have old tags to return to- and I don't want to drown myself before the TDM.

Backtagging or handwaving concepts for what could've happened during/at the end of September I'm also super down for- Since I also disappeared around those times.
